Well, I started with Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred! It was good, since I didn’t have any muscles and I was out of shape, even thought I’ve been biking everyday since I learned to bike. At April I started to jog/run and after finishing 30 day shred I noticed that I was in really good shape so I started to do more challenging workouts like ‘killer buns & thighs’ (yes i’m big fan of jillian michaels AND I hate my thighs :D !). I also spend time at gym three times a week, pouring the weights with mens and sometimes bodypump, crossingcircuit training or bodycombat, so yes I do lot of exersice! Mostly biking, jogging/running and jillian michaels dvd! I hope you find something nice!
